Free Shipping: Orders over ₹999 ship free

Standard Shipping: Orders under ₹999 have minimal shipping charges (displayed at checkout)

Real-time calculation: Your exact shipping cost is calculated based on your location and order weight

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A direct link to track your package in real-time
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

Important: Our tracking system provides estimates based on the courier’s data. Actual delivery may vary slightly, but we’ll keep you updated.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, but timing matters:

  • Within 2 hours: Free cancellation—no questions asked
  • After 2 hours: A cancellation fee of 25% applies (this covers processing and handling costs)
  • After dispatch: Cancellation isn’t possible—but you can refuse delivery or initiate a return
  • Cash on Delivery with Advance Payment

If you chose to pay 30% upfront with Cash on Delivery:

  • The advance payment is non-refundable if you refuse the parcel at delivery
  • Your remaining balance (70%) won’t be charged if you refuse
  • This policy helps us cover preparation and shipping costs

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders. We follow all their terms and conditions as well as ours. If there are delays or issues beyond our control, we’ll keep you informed and work with them to resolve it.

Step 2: Contact us within 12 hours

  • Your unboxing video or photos
  • A description of what’s wrong

Step 3: We’ll replace or refund

Once we verify the issue:

  • We’ll send you a replacement immediately, OR
  • Process a full refund (minus original shipping, if applicable)
  • We’ll arrange a pickup for the incorrect/defective item

Why the video? We want to be fair to everyone. Videos help us see exactly what happened and prevent misuse of our return policy. We trust you, but this process protects both of us!

It depends on timing:

Before dispatch (within 2 hours): Yes, contact us immediately and we can usually change it

After dispatch: Unfortunately, no. But you can refuse delivery and reorder to the correct address

If redelivery fails 3 times:

  • The package returns to our warehouse
  • You can arrange a new delivery or initiate a return
  • Return shipping charges may apply

  • Estimated delivery window
  • Courier contact information
