Free Shipping: Orders over ₹999 ship free
Standard Shipping: Orders under ₹999 have minimal shipping charges (displayed at checkout)
Real-time calculation: Your exact shipping cost is calculated based on your location and order weight

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your unique tracking number
- A direct link to track your package in real-time
- Courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
Important: Our tracking system provides estimates based on the courier’s data. Actual delivery may vary slightly, but we’ll keep you updated.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, but timing matters:
- Within 2 hours: Free cancellation—no questions asked
- After 2 hours: A cancellation fee of 25% applies (this covers processing and handling costs)
- After dispatch: Cancellation isn’t possible—but you can refuse delivery or initiate a return
- Cash on Delivery with Advance Payment
If you chose to pay 30% upfront with Cash on Delivery:
- The advance payment is non-refundable if you refuse the parcel at delivery
- Your remaining balance (70%) won’t be charged if you refuse
- This policy helps us cover preparation and shipping costs

I Haven't Received My Order Yet. What Should I Do?
First, check:
- Has your order been dispatched? (You should receive a shipping email)
- What does the tracking show? Is it in transit or out for delivery?
- Is the delivery date still within the 8-15 business day window?

I Received the Wrong Item or a Defective Product. What Now?
Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!
Step 1: Document everything
- Record a clear unboxing video as soon as you receive the package
- Take photos of the damaged or incorrect item with packaging
- This helps us process your claim quickly and fairly
Step 2: Contact us within 12 hours

- Your unboxing video or photos
- A description of what’s wrong
Step 3: We’ll replace or refund
Once we verify the issue:
- We’ll send you a replacement immediately, OR
- Process a full refund (minus original shipping, if applicable)
- We’ll arrange a pickup for the incorrect/defective item
Why the video? We want to be fair to everyone. Videos help us see exactly what happened and prevent misuse of our return policy. We trust you, but this process protects both of us!
Can I Change My Delivery Address After Placing an Order?
It depends on timing:
Before dispatch (within 2 hours): Yes, contact us immediately and we can usually change it
After dispatch: Unfortunately, no. But you can refuse delivery and reorder to the correct address

What If My Package Gets Lost During Shipping?
While rare, it can happen. Here’s what we’ll do:
- We’ll file a claim with the courier on your behalf
- We’ll provide you with regular updates on the investigation

- This process typically takes 10-15 business days

Do You Deliver Outside India?
Not currently. TerraBloomindia.com only ships within India. We’re exploring international delivery options, so check back soon!
What If I'm Not Home When My Package Arrives?
Our couriers will:
- Leave a notice at your door with redelivery details
- Attempt redelivery on the next business day
- Contact you via the phone number provided
If redelivery fails 3 times:
- The package returns to our warehouse
- You can arrange a new delivery or initiate a return
- Return shipping charges may apply

What If I Receive Damaged Packaging But the Item Is Fine?
No problem! As long as the product inside is undamaged:
- You can accept the delivery
- Damaged packaging alone isn’t grounds for a return
