If You Receive a Damaged Product
We’ll replace it or refund you—your choice.
How to claim:
- Step 1: Record an unboxing video when your package arrives
- Step 2: Send it to us within 12 hours of delivery
- Step 3: Keep the video natural—no unusual cuts or edits (authentic footage only)
- Step 4: We’ll review and respond within 12 hours.
- Step 5: Once approved, we process your replacement immediately.Â

It helps us understand exactly what happened and process your claim faster without back-and-forth emails.Â
If Your Order Arrives Incomplete
We’ll send the missing items right away.
You have two options
- Option 1: Follow the same unboxing video process above, and we’ll send the missing item as a replacement
- Option 2: We’ll include the missing item with your next order—no extra shipping charges.
Choose whichever works best for you. We’ll process this within 12 hours of your claim.Â
If Your Package Doesn't Reach You (RTO - Return to Office)
We’ll make it right, but we need your help.
What happens next
- If we reship the package: You’ll cover the shipping cost for the new attempt
- If you request a refund: We’ll deduct original shipping and packaging costs from your refund (this covers the cost of getting it back to us)
When we cannot offer a refund
- The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- Our courier made 3 failed delivery attempts on your end
- You refused to accept the package
In these cases: You’re welcome to arrange a reship yourself and cover the new shipping costs. We’ll prioritize processing it.Â
If You Want to Return a Product
Returns are accepted with a few straightforward guidelines.Â
Return Process
- You arrange and pay for return shipping (pickup and postage)
- Once we receive your item in good condition, we’ll process the replacement or refund
- Additional shipping charges apply if you want us to send a replacement to youÂ
Important Restrictions
- Sale items: Products purchased during sales cannot be returned or exchanged, except for damaged or missing items
- Products With Discount Coupons: Certain products with High Discount Coupons are final sale—no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed, except for damaged or missing items
- Stock clearance items: Clearance products are final sale—no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed, except for damaged or missing items
Quality & Functionality Concerns
Report issues within 3 days of delivery.
We take your concerns about product quality and functionality seriously. If something isn’t working as expected or doesn’t meet your needs, contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
After 3 days, we won’t be able to assist with quality or functionality claims. This timeframe helps us investigate issues while everything is fresh and traceable.
Our team will work with you to resolve concerns about authenticity, defects, or how the product performs. Given our large customer base and diverse product range, please allow us reasonable time to investigate your claim.
